Welcome to TTustle. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use TTustle.
1. Who We Are
TTustle is a marketplace platform that connects clients (people who need work done) with professionals ("Pros" or "Hustlers") offering services across Trinidad & Tobago. TTustle itself is not a party to any service agreement between clients and pros — we are the platform that facilitates that connection.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use TTustle.
- You must be located in or offering services within Trinidad & Tobago.
- You must provide accurate, truthful information when creating your account.
- One person may only maintain one TTustle account.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@ttustle.com if you suspect unauthorised access. TTustle is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profiles.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
- Use the platform to conduct illegal activities of any kind.
- Attempt to circumvent our platform by arranging transactions off-platform to avoid fees.
- Upload malicious files, scripts, or content designed to damage the platform or other users.
- Create fake reviews or manipulate ratings.
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content without written permission.
5. Jobs and Services
TTustle provides the platform for connections. All agreements for services, including price, scope, timeline, and terms, are made directly between clients and pros. TTustle is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or completion of any service arranged through the platform.
Pros are independent contractors, not employees of TTustle.
6. Payments and Credits
TTustle uses a manual bank transfer payment model for platform credits and boosts. By submitting a payment request, you confirm that the bank transfer receipt you upload is authentic and accurate. Submitting false receipts is fraud and will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to authorities.
All purchases of Ping Credits, Pro Boosts, and Featured placements are non-refundable once activated by our admin team, except where TTustle determines, at its sole discretion, that a platform error has occurred.
7. Verification
TTustle may require identity verification before allowing certain actions (posting jobs, applying for jobs). Verification is not a guarantee of a user's trustworthiness or the quality of their work — it only confirms that the person exists and submitted valid documentation.
8. Content You Post
You retain ownership of content you post (job descriptions, profile bios, etc.), but you grant TTustle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and use that content to operate and promote the platform.
You must not post content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing on third-party intellectual property, or otherwise unlawful.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
TTustle reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, with or without prior notice. Severe violations (fraud, harassment, illegal activity) will result in immediate termination. You may appeal a suspension by emailing support@ttustle.com.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TTustle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between users, quality of services performed, loss of data, or any injury, loss, or damage arising from in-person meetings or services arranged through the platform.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad & Tobago.
