TTustle ("we", "us", or "our") operates the TTustle platform, available at ttustle.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Account information: your name, email address, and password when you register.
- Google sign-in: if you choose "Continue with Google", Google shares your name and email address with us so we can create or log in to your account. We do not receive your Google password.
- Profile information: your skills, bio, service categories, region, phone number, WhatsApp and Facebook contact details, and any photos you upload.
- Job postings: titles, descriptions, budgets, and contact details you submit.
- Payment records: bank transfer receipts you upload when purchasing credits, subscriptions, or other platform features (we do not store card details - all payments are manual bank transfers).
- Communications: messages you exchange with other users through the platform.
We also collect certain information automatically when you use the platform, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and general usage patterns via standard web analytics.
Bot protection: On our login and sign-up pages we use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real people from automated bots. Turnstile runs in your browser and may collect technical signals (such as your IP address and browser characteristics) to make that decision, as described in Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
Push notifications: If you choose to enable notifications, we store your browser's push subscription details (a push endpoint and encryption keys) together with a shortened browser/device identifier (user agent), so we can send you alerts such as messages, applications, and pings. You can turn notifications off at any time in your browser settings, and we remove your subscription from our records when you log out.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and provide platform services.
- To display your profile to potential clients or professionals.
- To process and verify payment requests submitted by you.
- To send you notifications relevant to your activity (job applications, pings, etc.).
- To communicate platform updates, policy changes, and support responses.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
- To improve and develop the platform based on usage patterns.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- With other users and the public: Your profile (name, skills, bio, region, ratings, and — for professionals — portfolio and reviews; for clients, your open job listings) is visible to anyone visiting the platform, including visitors who are not logged in or registered. Job postings you create are visible to all site visitors, whether or not they have an account.
- With service providers: We use Supabase to host our database and authentication. Your data is stored on Supabase's infrastructure subject to their privacy and security policies.
- With Google: If you use Google sign-in, Google processes your login under its own privacy policy.
- With Cloudflare: Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect our login and sign-up pages from bots, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
- With browser push services: Push notifications are delivered through the push service run by your browser's vendor (for example Google, Apple, or Mozilla), which receives the notification content in order to deliver it to your device.
- For legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TTustle, our users, or the public.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely via Supabase, which uses industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Receipt images you upload are stored in a private Supabase storage bucket accessible only to you and our admin team.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

6. Cookies
TTustle uses essential cookies and browser local storage to maintain your login session and remember your preferences (such as display theme). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear cookies and local storage at any time via your browser settings, though this will log you out.
7. Children's Privacy
TTustle is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has registered, we will delete their account promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or an in-platform notice. Continued use of TTustle after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
