👤 Accounts & Getting Started

Click Sign Up and fill in your name, email, and password. You'll receive a confirmation email — click the link to activate your account, then log in. You'll be asked to choose your account type (Client or Pro) on your first login.
Clients post jobs and hire professionals. Pros (Hustlers) browse jobs, apply, and offer their services. You can only be one type at a time, but you can request a switch from your profile once every 30 days.
On the Login page, enter your email address and click "Forgot password?" A reset link will be sent to your inbox. Click the link and follow the steps to set a new password. The link expires after 1 hour.
Yes. On the login or signup page, click "Continue with Google" and authorise access. Your Google name and email will be used to create or log in to your TTustle account. You can set a separate TTustle password afterwards from your profile settings.

📋 Posting & Browsing Jobs

Go to Post a Job. You'll fill in three short steps: job details (title, description, category, location), budget and timeline, and your contact info. You must be logged in as a Client to post. Pros need to switch account type first.
Browse Browse Jobs and click "View Job" on any listing. You must be a verified Pro to apply. If you haven't completed verification yet, go to your Profile and submit your ID documents.
You need to: (1) be logged in, (2) have a Pro account type, and (3) be verified. If your account is pending verification, wait for our team to review your documents — usually within 1–2 business days.
Go to My Jobs in your account. Find the job and you'll see options to close or delete it. Closed jobs are removed from public listings immediately.

🔒 Verification

Verification builds trust on the platform. Pros need verification before applying for jobs — it confirms to clients that you're a real person. It also protects the community from fake accounts and fraud.
A valid government-issued photo ID — a national ID card, passport, or driver's permit. Upload a clear photo of both the front and back (where applicable) via your Profile.
Our team reviews verification submissions within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a notification when your status is updated. If there's an issue with your document, we'll let you know so you can resubmit.

💳 Payments & Credits

Payments for services (client paying pro) happen directly between users — TTustle does not process these payments. For platform features like Ping Credits, Pro Boosts, and Featured listings, you pay TTustle via bank transfer and upload your receipt. Our team activates your purchase within a few hours.
Ping Credits let clients send a direct "ping" to a pro to let them know they have a job waiting. Each ping costs one credit. You can buy credit packs from the Shop.
Purchases are typically activated within a few hours during business hours. If it's been more than 24 hours, email us at support@ttustle.com with your name and a screenshot of your receipt upload confirmation.
